Global Canine Welfare aims to ensure that all of our members, partners, sponsor and ambassadors provide the highest level of care to all canines. Unfortunately, on occasions the high standards that we set may not be met and we need to be made aware whatever the circumstances.

Making us aware

All incidents or concerns need to be made to Global Canine Welfare in writing via our email address [email protected]. When completing your submission, you will need to provide your details, details of the person who has not met our standards and any evidence you have to support your submission (if applicable).

All submissions will be acknowledged within 5 working days

Our process

Once acknowledged the team at Global Canine Welfare will fully investigate the submission with all parties involved, collecting statements and any additional evidence. Once all information is collected the matter will be heard at the next monthly committee meeting where the matter will be discussed in full with all Directors.

Once a decision has been made all parties will be notified of the outcome in writing within 8 weeks of the submission being acknowledged.

Membership Termination

Should a membership be cancelled following the formal review process then no refunds will be provided for monies paid to Global Canine Welfare and the former member(s) will not be eligible to apply for membership with Global Canine Welfare in the future under their current or future canine organisations.

Where an individual seeks employment with a new organisation where they hold membership with Global Canine Welfare, we reserve the right to revoke their membership with no refunds available.
